Job Objective:
Responsible for the Engineering, Production support and Technology development for the Kisan Raja product, a Revolutionary GSM based Remote Motor Controller.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic planning for and direction and control of product development activities.
• Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on technical project management, for all product development.
• Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements, per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
• Ensure that the product is fully and correctly defined and documented.
• Ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process.
• Present engineering plans, progress status updates to project stakeholders
• Review and approve proposed engineering designs and subsequent product and process enhancements or changes.
• Implement the required compliance with best of breed engineering practices and methods as approved.

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
• In depth knowledge of Microcontrollers, Digital and Analog Circuits, Power Devices, Memory Devices, PCB design.
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of engineering technical issues/needs
• BE/B Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Computer Science with 5-6 years of experience on Microcontroller based product development.
• Must have excellent organization, supervisory, managerial and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Must have proven multitasking skills and can work under extreme pressure.
• Must have excellent analytical and computational skills
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
