Understand and contribute to Excellere’s product management best practices and ensure these best practices are adopted to drive product strategy, product roadmap to address the market needs of India and other regions
Engage with engineering teams to drive detailed requirements, use cases, user flows, rapid prototypes and ensure products delivered meets and exceeds customer’s expectations
Perform customer and market research, industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity and understand the competitive landscape to contribute to business plan
Effectively bridge the gap between business needs and product requirements to ensure the defined product meets the business needs
Be the liaison between Sales/Business Dev and Engineering to ensure effective collaboration between both teams
Promote business in various forums - trade shows, industry conferences, speaking opportunities

We are looking for a mastermind of a strategic product manager to join us whereby you will be expected to be fabulous in product management and marketing, have an impeccable imagination and have a can do attitude. You should be able to handle massive multitasking and invent concepts on the move and be able to convince teams into the product strategy.
Qualifications:
BE Computer Science/EE with MBA from a reputed institute
3-5 years of experience preferably in an Internet-related technology company with atleast a year as a Product Manager
Good Computer Science background to be able to relate to software development technologies and software engineers.
Demonstrated experience in end-end product management life cycle from concept to production support
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people from all regions of the globe and at all technical and management levels
Self-Driven and high motivation levels and a passion to work for a startup
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills and effective oral and written communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other collaborative tools
