Developing and maintaining new client relationships
Expanding the company’s current client base
Responsible for end-to-end ownership of set of Accounts
Leads the sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage the accounts
Understand the customers’ business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning of Excellere value propositions
Determine prospect and/or client needs and match products/system to meet those needs
Perform at a level that meets customer expectations and exceeds established quotas

We are looking for a savvy Sales manager to join us whereby you will be expected to be fabulous in selling and convincing organizations about Excellere’s value proposition. You must have an impeccable imagination and have the ability to sell the world on a platter.
Qualifications:
BE Computer Science/EE with MBA from a reputed institute
3-5 years of experience preferably in an IT / Internet-related technology company with at least a few years with Corporate Sales exposure in the India Domestic Market
Good Computer Science background to be able to relate to software development technologies
Demonstrated experience in complete Corporate Sales life cycle
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people from all regions of the globe and at all technical and management levels
Self-Driven and high motivation levels and a passion to work for a start-up
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills and effective oral and written communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other collaborative tools
