Founded in 1992 by the country’s successful entrepreneur couple, K Pandia Rajan and Latha Rajan, Ma Foi (pronounced “Ma Fwa”) set out to change the HR Industry. Having made a strong place for themselves, a couple of days ago, they announced the acquisition of Axis V, a leading e- learning and end-to-end learning solutions company in India. A strong contender in its own league, Axis V was founded in 2002. This acquisition will strengthen Ma Foi’s education business further as Ma Foi will hold 51% share in Axis V.
Axis V delivers learning solutions to a large number of global clients. The company’s service offerings range from custom content development, Learning Management System, language training, life skills training to complete end-to-end learning solutions. During the decade of their successful existence, they have developed content on various domains including technology, processes, management, HR, culture, human efficiency, soft skills, school education, and higher education.
Addressing the media, Mr. K Pandia Rajan, Founder & MD, Ma Foi Strategic Consultants, said “Education being one of our key focus areas, we have taken this big step in acquiring Axis V, that has the expertise and credentials in the learning solutions sector and now see a huge opportunity for growth in the Education space.
