As the current contest is running on different website, Just want to confirm can i submit the same apps from more than one site. like you and other such as http://www.thinkdigit.com/contest/windows-app-challenge/

If yes than can I get 2 mobile one from you and one from Thinkdigit

If no, How would you know that I have submitted the app on other website

I have 10-15 Apps Which i need to Submit

There is check that is run before sending out a phone. Each account
has an associated isv id. And each account is eligible for only one
phone.

I recently developed and submitted an app on the Windows Market Place. the app is certified and it awaiting deployment. Now i would like to develop another app that works in a similar fashion but finds a greater use among the Indian population. So i just want to know if i am allowed to create more than one app and submit it for this contest. Also are you looking for some specific functionality or just market place certified apps? Thanks a lot

No specific functionality is required. The only condition is that
the app should be present on the Windows marketplace. i.e. The app
should be published.

Hi I am an Indian origin but currently canadian citizen women mobile developer.Currently developing for android educational app for kids. Can I submit windows app through you? You mentioned that every developer would get windows phone.Is that true?

Hi Chandan, We're already building an app using the PhoneGap platform - to support Android and iOS. We could port it to Windows Mobile 7 as well, without much difficulty.

My Question: Would such an app be allowed as part of this competition?

There is no fixed criteria. It needs to be a working app. Submit 3 apps, take away a phone.

Why do you make these challenges? It's horrible to watch developers publishing three bad apps just to get a windows phone! Make a challenge for good apps or very useful apps.... That's so sad! A friend of mine and me, we developed a wonderful game, over 300 hours to work for both of us. But who cares? Microsoft just wants more and more apps...and doesn't care about quality.
